Research Interest
My research interests focus on grants management and administration, leadership and empowerment, Performance Appraisal, Career Progression, Labour Turnover, organisational citizenship behaviour, client communication and thyroid health. I conduct research in these topical areas in health facilities and among health professionals with the aim of seeking to improve work conditions of health professionals and optimizing patient care and satisfaction with health services.
