Research Interest
My research interests focus on Hospital acquired infections, especially surgical site infections, surveillance and its epidemiology and microbiology and infection prevention practices; antibiotic use practices and also research interest in colorectal diseases, especially colorectal cancers, defining the incidence, molecular characteristics and treatment outcomes etc.

1. Air contamination in operating rooms with or without active air cleaning and surgical site infections in Ghana (March 2020 to date)
2. Determinants of morbidity and oncological outcomes after intersphincteric resection of rectum (July 2019 – date, team member)
3. Assessing nutrient uptake and adequacy, and nutritional status of patients with rectal cancer undergoing intersphincteric resection of rectum- (July 2019 – date, team member)
