Research Interest

My research focus on the application of biocomputational and analytical methods for (a) proteomic research; (b) drug discovery & development; (c) quality assessment of orthodox and herbal medicines; and (d) pharmacokinetics studies of drugs and drug-drug interactions.

Current projects
1.   Mass spectrometric epitope mapping methods.

2.   Africa-Ready Malaria Screening (ARMS): Rapid malaria screening and targeted treatment.

3.   Snake envenoming treatment in Ghana: A study of neutralization efficacy of anti-snake venoms.

4.   Monitoring and health risk assessment of pesticide residues in herbal medicinal products. 5.   Analytical method development for drug PK studies.
