Research Interest

My research interests focus on cancers, especially in children and factors that influence outcomes of cancers in people of African descent.

Current projects 
  1. Representative Sequencing in Cancers affecting people of African descent.
  2. Liquid Biopsy for Detection of Actionable Mutations in Women of African Descent with Advanced Breast Cancer 
  3. HERITAGE- Investigating mechanisms of immune response amongst COVID Vaccines in Ghana
  4. Factors Influencing time to diagnosis and treatment initiation in children presenting with Cancer at the Korle-Bu teaching Hospital
